Any claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be made within 7 days of the courier marking your order as delivered, otherwise, we can not process your claim. We recommend you check your order and items as soon as possible after receiving them to ensure everything is in order.
If you have received damaged items, please Contact Us immediately. You will be asked to provide photos of everything you have received for us to conduct our internal investigation. Where possible take photos of your package prior to opening it. Immediately test/ check all your items, and take photos of any further damage or fault to your products.
We offer a 24 hr response for items shipped with Insurance, and still respond and assist with Free Shipping or Local Courier shipped products in a timely manner.

Incorrect or Missing Items

Missing Items- In most cases our internal investigations are completed and we re-send any missing items within 24hrs of being contacted.
Incorrect Items-In most cases our internal investigations are completed and we re-send the correct items within 24hrs of being contacted. In some cases, we may require the incorrect product to be returned to us. In these cases, we will provide a return postage label for you to use to return the incorrect product to us. Your correct item will be sent out as soon as we confirm the return is on its way back to us.
